About Us
Marcom private investigative services has more than 44 years of combined federal law enforcement experience. We have worked with outside law enforcement agencies to include the Texas rangers as well as state and county law enforcement from other states.
Our agency is trained to investigate and solve complex cases utilizing advanced tools and technology. Periodic updates will be provided while the case is ongoing as well as reports and video/audio when applicable at the conclusion of the case.

Elder Abuse and Abuse of the Mentally/Physically Handicapped
We provide you with peace of mind knowing your loved ones are checked on regularly and knowing you have someone you can count on. We offer options for Emergency Security and Wellness Checks as well as a 4-Week Subscription plan.
Emergency Security and
Wellness Checks:
♦ Approximately a one (1) hour visit
♦ Security checks on doors, windows, and exterior of the residence
♦ Look in cupboards and refrigerator to ascertain if adequate food supplies are on hand.
♦ Encourage clients to contact a family member
♦ Visit with client to check on their well-being
♦ Ensure emergency contact numbers are accessible
A report will be completed noting the findings and any concerns and e-mailed to the requestor of services.
Security and Wellness
Check Subscription:
♦ Approximately a 30-minute visit
♦ One visit a week for a period of 4 weeks
♦ Security checks on doors, windows, and exterior of the residence
♦ Look in cupboards and refrigerator to ascertain if adequate food supplies are on hand
♦ Encourage clients to contact a family member
♦ Visit with client to check on their well-being
♦ Ensure emergency contact numbers are accessible

Our Services
Surveillance
Survey the behavior and activity of alleged suspects through geolocation tracking, data mining, social media, GPS tracking, and/or monitoring data and traffic on the internet.
Witness Interviews
Our agency assists investigations by validating witness statements made by the complainant and the subject entailing descriptive observations of alleged misconduct.
Missing Persons
Investigations are conducted to locate individuals who have been identified as lost or who have voluntarily or involuntarily gone missing with possible involvement of a third party.
Workers Comp Investigations
Includes, but is not limited to, obtaining statements, locating and interviewing witnesses, inspecting and photographing damaged property and/or site of incident, conducting surveillance, and analyzing social media accounts.
Infidelity
Our agency conducts investigation of infidelity cases in reference to custody battles, divorce settlement, and/or marriage resolution or dissolution.
Child Custody
Measures include conducting surveillance regarding parental supervision or neglect and abuse. The alleged parents’ activities will be monitored, interviews with affected friends and family members will be conducted, and applicable records will be reviewed to allow the complainant to make an informed decision.
